Instruction for Volunteers Requesting to Waive Financial Remuneration

If you are a volunteer with the Spiritual Formation Center and wish to formally express your decision to decline any form of remuneration—this includes any financial donation the department may offer upon completion of the courses in which you served—you may request the Financial Donation Exemption Form.

To do so, please complete the Request for Financial Donation Exemption form here.

This form allows you to officially document your intention to waive all financial compensation related to your volunteer service.
