Called Internship

Ministry Internship for Middle Schoolers

The CALLED Ministry Internship is a six-month ministry exploration program for middle school students focused on spiritual formation, calling discovery, leadership development, and practical ministry experience. It serves as a preparatory pathway into Called Academy.

Program Objectives

  • Develop an understanding of God’s calling.
  • Cultivate Christlike character and spiritual disciplines.
  • Introduce foundational ministry leadership.
  • Provide hands-on ministry experiences.
  • Prepare students for Called Academy.

Program Outcomes

Students who complete the internship will receive:

  • Certificate of Completion
  • Invitation to apply for CALLED Academy

Called Academy

Ministry Formation for Upper High School
+ Young Adults

Called Academy is a three-year ministry development program focused on Discipleship, Leadership, and Ministry Training for High School students. The program progresses through Calling, Learning, and Deployment while combining spiritual formation, academic preparation, mentoring, and hands-on ministry experiences. Students participate in weekly devotions, prayer, leadership development, School of Ministry coursework, mentorship, ministry practicums, and specialized ministry tracks.

Program Objectives

  • Develop Spirit-empowered leaders rooted in Scripture.
  • Cultivate Christlike character through discipleship.
  • Provide structured ministry education.
  • Equip students through mentoring and leadership opportunities.
  • Integrate academic and practical ministry.
  • Prepare students for credentialing.
  • Develop ministry specialization.
  • Deploy graduates into effective ministry.

Program Outcomes

Graduates may receive:

  • Certificate of Completion
  • Ministerial credential pathway (if applicable)
  • Leadership recommendation
  • Potential future college credit opportunities

Application Process

  1. Apply to Called Academy.
  2. Lead Pastor and Youth Pastor references. Your application must be received with your Lead Pastor’s and Youth Pastor’s approval prior to the start of the first day of class in order to be evaluated.
  3. Submit a personal testimony and calling video.
  4. Parent enrollment meeting and family contract.
  5. Acceptance or deferred admission notification.
