1-Year Academic Program

The Chaplaincy Program has been designed to equip men and women who are called to serve as instruments of hope, comfort, and spiritual presence amid human suffering. With a biblical approach, this program has been officially approved by both the Assemblies of God in Springfield and the Florida Multicultural District.

The training includes theological foundations, principles of pastoral counseling, ministerial ethics, and preparation to serve in settings such as hospitals, correctional facilities, schools, emergency services, and communities experiencing crisis.

Through this program, we reaffirm our commitment to developing spiritual leaders who can impact lives beyond the walls of the church, reaching places where pastoral care is most needed and often least accessible.

1-Year Academic Program

The Evangelist Ministry Program is an intensive 8-week training program designed to equip men and women with the spiritual and practical tools necessary to carry out an effective evangelistic ministry. Throughout the program, participants will gain a deeper understanding of the calling and role of the evangelist, learn how to build strategic connections, and develop the skills needed to plan and conduct impactful evangelistic events.

Upon successful completion of the program, graduates will receive the Evangelist Certificate awarded by the Florida Multicultural District, recognizing their preparation and commitment to serving with excellence in the expansion of the Kingdom of God.

1-Year Academic Program

This course provides a comprehensive introduction to Christian mission, grounded in the Missio Dei as revealed in Scripture and recognizing the local church, empowered by the Holy Spirit, as God’s primary instrument for His redemptive mission. Students will develop biblical, theological, and practical competencies in disciple-making, spiritual formation, leadership, church planting, multicultural ministry, and effective communication. The course also examines the partnership between local churches and mission agencies, along with the essential principles for planning, sending, and sustaining missionary work. A supervised ministry practicum enables students to apply their learning in real ministry settings, preparing them for effective and transformational service in both local and global mission.
