1-Year Program

The Pastoral Ministry Program begins by emphasizing the instruction the Apostle Paul gave to the church in Corinth, with the goal of helping every minister develop a solid understanding of biblical doctrine in order to address the challenges and issues facing the Church today. Students will receive practical training in church administration, along with foundational principles of pastoral theology. The Ministry Practicum provides a step-by-step, hands-on learning experience that evaluates each program requirement in a collaborative ministry setting, enabling every student to discover, develop, and refine their ministerial gifts and skills.

1-Year Program

The Leadership Program is designed to equip students with the practical skills and biblical knowledge necessary for effective Christian leadership. Students will learn what it means to become a godly leader through a comprehensive understanding of the Bible’s theological vision and historical context. The program emphasizes the importance of emotional health in leadership, helping students process personal growth, experience healing, and develop a healthy balance between their personal lives and ministry responsibilities.

Students will also discover that leadership challenges serve as valuable opportunities for growth and provide essential principles for effective leadership. They will learn how successful leaders organize their lives and relationships according to biblical values and sound principles while recognizing and applying the essential laws of leadership in both their professional and personal lives.

In addition, the program explores how coaching is a powerful leadership tool that aligns with God’s purposes. Finally, students will develop a biblical vision for discipling the nations, equipping the Church to serve effectively in every community so that God’s Kingdom may advance and His will be accomplished.
